THIS IS EDEN is a movement activation to connect, to feel free & deeply alive.
We practice being here and now, surrounded by incredible people, banging music and a vibrant atmosphere. It’s about moving and feeling amazing while doing so. It is about love, it is about mindfulness, it is about freedom.
THE LINE-UP
10:30 — Walk-in
11:00 — Live Music by Edze
11:10 — EDEN Signature Session by Kim
12:30 — Live DJ set Parci
13:00 — Doors Close
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Enter NIO House (on the ground floor they sell cars, lol), you will be welcomed at the elevator. The session is in the blue room on the 6th floor.
- Wear comfortable clothes that let you move freely and feel empowered in. Best to wear layers! Later on it might be hot ;).
-Everyone can do an EDEN session: no experience at all is required.
- A photographer will be capturing the energy and joy of the day. If you'd prefer not to be in any photos, just let us know at the start of the event.
