THIS IS EDEN is a guided, active meditation designed to truly connect. 

Our sessions follow a carefully designed flow of collective intention-setting, science-based practices, movement and breathwork. Wearing wireless headsets, you’ll be fully immersed in a sound-rich experience - guided by our voice and deep electronic beats.

We practice while being surrounded by incredible people, banging music, and an incredible vibe. We’ll move. We’ll breathe. We’ll laugh. We might cry.

You’ll leave feeling more alive, deeply connected, and grateful for this wild gift of life.

PROGRAM 
- 10:40: Doors open: come enjoy the incredible vibe
- 11:00 - 12:30: Active meditation by Kim
- 12:30 - 13:00: Live dj set by dj Joeri

LOCATION
For this edition we are returning to our original roots! This edition takes place at Stichting Stenen Hoofd, overlooking the water, with our feet in the sand :).

PRACTICAL
- Wear comfortable clothes 
- A photographer will be capturing the energy of the day. If you'd prefer not to be in any photos, just let us know at the start of the event.
- Everyone can do an EDEN session: no experience at all is required.
