We’re part of Hotelnacht Amsterdam this year and we’re kicking off the morning with a bang!

THIS IS EDEN is a guided, active meditation designed to truly connect. At the end of the day, we’re all living on a floating rock in space and our time is limited. So, what are we really doing with it? THIS IS EDEN is your reminder of what truly matters. 

Our sessions follow a carefully designed flow of collective intention-setting, science-based practices, movement and breathwork. Wearing wireless headsets, you’ll be fully immersed - guided by our voice and electronic beats.

We practice while being surrounded by great people, banging music, and an incredible vibe. We’ll move. We’ll breathe. We’ll laugh. We might cry.

You’ll leave feeling more alive, deeply connected, and grateful for this wild gift of life.

- 10:40: Doors open
- 11:00 - 12:15: Active meditation by Kim
- 12:15 - 13:00: Live dj set by Joerie Gennisse 

LOCATION
On the 23rd floor of the iconic nhow hotel, with windows all around and a view over the skyline, it feels just like the LOFT at the A’DAM Tower.

PRACTICAL
- Wear comfortable clothes 
- A photographer will be capturing the energy of the day. If you'd prefer not to be in any photos, just let us know at the start of the event
- Everyone can do THIS IS EDEN: no experience at all is required
