THIS IS EDEN is a guided active meditation designed to cultivate feelings of joy and freedom. Our sessions follow a carefully designed flow of collective intention-setting, science-based practices, movement, and breathwork. Using wireless headsets, we create an immersive, sound-rich experience.

We practice being here and now, surrounded by incredible people, banging music and a vibrant atmosphere. It is about love, it is about mindfulness, it is about freedom.

Start event: 11:00 

PRACTICAL
- Enter NIO House on the ground floor, where you will be welcomed. The session is in the Blue Room on the 6th floor.
- Wear layers—it might get hot later!
- A photographer will be capturing the energy of the day. If you'd prefer not to be in any photos, just let us know at the start of the event.
- Everyone can do an EDEN session: no experience at all is required.
