We’re on a mission to remind the whole world of the miracle of life.

At THIS IS EDEN we practice. Living fully. Feeling. Loving. Creating. Being courageous. Being in purpose. Trusting life. Being in the moment. Connecting. Believing in miracles. Enjoying. Feeling truly alive. 

We do this through our guided active meditation - with electronic music, storytelling, movement and meditation. 
Every week is different and builds on the previous ones.
