It is happening! With our dance nhow tour we are travelling through the iconic nhow Hotels in Europe.

THIS IS EDEN is our legendary guided dance activation designed to connect. 

These sessions follow a designed flow of science-based practices, movement and breathwork. Wearing wireless headsets, you’ll be fully immersed in a sound-rich experience - guided by our voice and electronic music.

LOCATION
The stunning NFT Skybar, also the Highest Rooftop Bar of Germany at 185 meters. Move freely, connect deeply and let the Skyline elevate you @ nhow Frankfurt

PRACTICAL
- Wear comfortable clothes 
- All levels are welcome: no experience at all is required
- The event language is English
- Photos and videos will be taken during the event and may be used for website, social media, and marketing materials. By attending, you consent to the use of your image and likeness for these purposes

EXTRA 
You are welcome to have a breakfast with us after! We offer a breakfast at the 1st floor of the building at nhow Frankfurt. Energize your body with a nutritional breakfast at a special price of 19€ per person (instead of 32€).
